By accessing or using GOD, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

GOD is a voice-first spiritual companion application that provides AI-powered conversations about faith, Scripture, and spiritual matters. The app includes features such as voice conversations, a spiritual book, and access to spiritual content.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or as a guest
Guest accounts are temporary and expire after 24 hours
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service

4. Subscriptions and Payments

GOD offers a free 7-day trial with 10 minutes of daily conversation time
Paid subscriptions (Bronze, Silver, Gold) provide varying daily conversation limits
Subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the AI system
Share your account with others
Use the service to generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
Misrepresent the AI responses as coming from an actual deity

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Scripture content is from public domain translations. The application, its design, and AI systems are proprietary. Your conversation data belongs to you.

7. Disclaimer

GOD is an AI-powered application and does not represent actual divine communication. The service is provided for spiritual reflection and exploration purposes. It is not a substitute for professional counseling, medical advice, or pastoral care. Always seek appropriate professional help when needed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOD and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California.
